As Senior IT Business Analyst, I led the redesign of Craft’s intelligence platform admin system to improve efficiency, accuracy, and adoption.

Craft, a global intelligence platform, sought to redesign its admin system to improve usability, accelerate workflows, and support smarter decision-making for enterprise clients. The legacy admin environment had become inefficient, with fragmented workflows, inconsistent data accuracy, and a steep learning curve for new users. The initiative was critical to ensure the platform could scale with growing client demand and remain competitive in a rapidly evolving data intelligence space.​

I led the project as Senior IT Business Analyst, partnering closely with engineering, data science, and operations teams. My mandate was to drive the redesign end-to-end — from requirements discovery to delivery — while balancing technical complexity, stakeholder needs, and strict budgetary constraints.

Failure Risk: Missed delivery or poor adoption would have led to ongoing inefficiency, lower customer trust, and wasted spend exceeding $600K annually.
